It’s shipping season for bare root roses. Across the US, February through May is when bare root roses are shipped and planted. Early orders promise greater selection and freedom from worry. Mail-order firms won’t ship early orders prematurely. They time shipments to their customers' USDA climate zones, with early shipments to warmer zones and later shipments to colder climates.
